The art of Self-Motivation is something that I have struggled with over the years.  I went to college in an environment where everything was mandatory and discovered to my horror that I lost a good chunk of my willingness to work hard when I did not have to shortly after I graduated and had more time to dedicate to things that I wanted to do or parts of myself that I wanted to improve.  I know that I am not the only one who has this problem.  Instant gratification has never been easier or more accessible in all of its forms.  Hopefully these articles will help others deal with this problem and overcome mental obstacles to productivity or at least get a conversation started on these topics.  Suggestions or links to other articles on the subject are always welcome.
